By using AI Council you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The service

AI Council sends your question to AI models and shows their answers, a combined answer and a ledger of disagreements. It is an early product and may change, slow down or stop at any time.

AI answers can be wrong

Models make mistakes and can disagree. Answers are information, not professional advice. Do not rely on AI Council for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions without checking with a qualified person.

Your responsibilities

• Use the service lawfully and do not try to break, overload or misuse it.
• Do not enter content you have no right to share, or sensitive personal data.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter. You allow us to process it to provide the service, including sending it to the AI providers described in our privacy policy. Outputs may not be unique, and similar answers may be given to other users.

Limits and availability

We limit daily use to keep costs under control. We may change or end the service, or any plan, with or without notice.

No warranty and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, BUDIN CANDOR PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss from relying on an AI answer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha have jurisdiction.
